No Microchip Key
Very well made item but Please be aware that this does not come with the microchip key and its not stated until you receive the item. It must be purchased at an extra cost and that's if one can be found as it seems to be out of stock everywhere So I my cat is unable to use this as if she goes out she is unable to get back in without the chip key

Doesn't really close
Several times it doesn't really swing back properly. It locks people in, but that's no help when the flap is on the wrong side of the locking latch.
