I've now had the machine for 5 months and I'm very satisfied. It's much better quality than I expected for the price. The plastic parts are sturdy and it's easy to use. One important thing to note is that the blue lid is attached to the food bowls when delivered, even though the manual says the two parts should be separated. I've kept them together, washed them, and then filled the bowls simply by rotating the lid with the opening, then it's easy to assemble with the base. For cats.

This is one of the best purchases we've made for our furry friends! A cat is supposed to be able to eat throughout the day, "self-service", which is tricky with a greedy cat. With this, she gets her daily portion of kibble split into 6 equal servings that she can eat every 4 hours! It's just perfect!

It works really well for me and my cat.
