I ordered the feeder for my one-year-old kitten 3 months ago. Mainly so that if we're not home on the weekend, we don't have to find someone to feed her. At first, it worked well, but once, when she was home alone, the cat managed to open the control panel lid and accidentally turned off the feeder. She didn't get any food for about a day. I fixed this with some sticky tack. Also, the last time we came home, somehow she had twisted the lid and eaten all the food. I think the motor is broken.

I've had this dispenser for 9 months, everything was fine until... suddenly, the system started running non-stop and just wouldn't stop!! This device hasn't been mistreated, and it's impossible to fix! I wrote to customer service... no reply!! 😳 Either I have to leave everything open by taking off the lid, or I'll be forced to buy another one!!! 😤😠

We have 2 cats, so we bought 2 of these. They have different body clocks, so they never open at the same time, which is a pain. They're hard to clean and the plastic is very flimsy—our cats have only used them three times and they've already made dents in the plastic. Wouldn't buy again.

Handling is easy, but the lid leaves a gap open and my cat gets small portions several times a day since she's on a diet. However, with this feeder, she manages to open the next compartment without much effort, which unfortunately defeats the purpose, especially as we're going on holiday soon.
