The feeding alert sound just won't stop; I tried leaving it for at least 10 minutes hoping it would eventually stop, but it didn't, and on top of that it's so loud that my cat is actually scared of it 😂

Nothing works as it should. It keeps playing all day and doesn't stop. It only stops when you hit it, and I don't think that's how it's supposed to work. I don't recommend it, it's a waste of money.

I thought that for the price, it would probably be fine. No, it's really bad. You can't even open it to put food in, so I gave up on it. I even tried giving it away for free on FB. No one wants it. I honestly don't understand how zooplus can sell such rubbish! Instead, I bought another one of the kind I already had: Cat Mate. They work perfectly so far. Of course, it's a different price, 589 DKK each, but so much better 😊

It doesn't have a clock and you can't set meal times for the cat, only a countdown timer. We find it not very useful because of this.

This item, which is good, unfortunately isn't sturdy when it comes to the rotating lid. After just 5 months, all the little pegs broke off, so the main function of this object doesn't work anymore.

My cat managed to open it really easily after just the second try. She then ate all 5 meals at once. I can't recommend it for hungry tigers. It's also a bit annoying that the first meal is always open, so in total you only have 5 sealed meals if it actually stayed closed.

My dog opened the feeder many times and ate everything in the compartments! It's no good.
