Overall, it’s a nice drinking fountain and both cats like to drink from it. At first, I received a plug with loose pins, but that was sorted out. Now, within a year, the pump has broken, despite good maintenance and regular descaling. So, not really durable.

The old version, with "Cate Mate" written in red letters on the front, is really good. It's quiet and has been working properly for years. The new one has a different motor and starts making a loud buzzing noise quickly when there's even a bit less than a full amount of water in it.
