Cat Mate Filter

It's a nice-looking model. The cat does drink from it. Unfortunately, the fountain is so light that the cat pushes against it and the water spills out. The floor gets wet, and the pump makes noise because there's not enough water left. You have to refill it every day, which defeats the purpose... You also have to clean it very regularly...

The fountain itself and its shape are fine. But: I think I've had about four of these already, and in all of them, the plug breaks after a while. While using it, you also have to clean the pump more and more often—sometimes it barely lasts 3-4 days. Unfortunately, this one fits me in terms of shape and cable length, so I'll probably buy another one...

After less than a month, the pump has stopped working…

After less than a month it jammed up and no water comes out anymore.

I bought the fountain twice; despite regularly maintaining the pump, the fountain stopped working, and apparently both times it was because of the plug block. I won’t give it a third chance!

The cats liked it, but a thorough cleaning is almost impossible—there are so many narrow areas where even cotton buds barely fit. The plastic is quite poor quality, brittle and porous.

Very expensive and not very effective, the water gets dirty quickly.

Great fountain, but when it's a bit less full, it starts making an annoying noise pretty quickly. Now the pump suddenly broke and there's no way to order it separately. So it has to go in the bin. Shame.
