Always nothing but problems
We've been using this model for many years. But ever since the pump broke for the first time, it's been nothing but hassle.
First, the power supply for the new pump broke. Then the pump itself broke. Then something else broke again, and this time we didn't even know what it was. The new replacement power supply now makes an unbearably loud buzzing noise.

You have to check the 3rd photo where they explain (in English, no less) that the filters you’ll receive aren’t necessarily the blue ones you think you’re ordering, but another model (the white ones) which are just a piece of foam (with a lot less charcoal, by the way).

I have bought this drinking fountain several times over more than 12 years, had to replace the pump, but even worse: because it’s made of plastic, it’s not easy to clean properly. It gets covered in a greasy residue, so bacteria build up. Even putting it in the dishwasher doesn’t get it clean.
