Our cat is a real diva when it comes to food. She eats the food from the pouches. Finally we've found an alternative to the previous food! But: Unfortunately, the consistency of the pouches is different to the tins... She doesn't like it much. although she loves the tinned food.
Unlike other foods this is very moist, which my cat likes. The acceptance is OK, but she is also fussy and so far only likes ONE variety of ONE brand.
I am surprised/pleased to get food in organic quality and transparent declaration for a good price. The presentation of the product is also of high quality.
I bought this food as I liked the ingredients and thought I’d risk it in spite of poor reviews. Unfortunately, I must say the bad reviews are fully deserved. My cats won’t touch it, no matter how hungry they are. Even if mixed with other food, that they like. I’d give zero stars here if I could. Also, the level of moisture is poor, shame on you zooplus for not taking your clients’ reviews into consideration. That’s twelve fairly expensive cans wasted.
I am always checking the ingredients, I want to know what my cats are eating and this food is amazing. My kittens were used to natural, sugar and additive free food from the beginning but when my 2 year old Ragdoll moved in I suddenly had a cat “I eat Whiskas only and if the package is not purple I won’t touch it” He was overweight and I had to get him off sugar and this is the first food he touches. And not only this, he loves it so much, he doesn’t even look at his old Whiskas anymore 😂👍🏻
I tried the pouches on our two cats and they virtually inhaled the food. The composition also seems good. I only buy high-quality food and also feed them BARF some of the time. The only drawback is that there is no intermediate size (200g), so only 4 stars; the pouches are expensive for long-term use and 400g tins are too much for me; I like to feed everything fresh.
The food arrived today and both my cats liked the goose variety and it has a good satiety factor. I always like organic. If animals have to die, then they should at least have had a good life. What I don't really like about the food is the vitamin supplements vitamin A and D. Liver contains these vitamin supplements. And as we know, too much vitamin A makes the cat stiff and too much vitamin D is not good for the kidneys.
