Tigerino Premium Cat Litter - Babypowder Scented

This is the second time I've received torn bags. Although I really like the product, it's the best I've tried, I'll order again.

It is pretty good. Having 2 house cats including a large Maine Coon boy I've always tried to use the best odour absorbing litters. It clumps very well making cleaning easy and cost efficient. I have found that using a deep layer (a good 4 inches) in a large tray prevents it welding to the bottom of the tray as other reviewers have reported. The only downside for me is that it is so fine and lightweight that a lot ends up outside the tray.

This cat litter is one of the best I've found. Smell free (if you clean every 2-3 days like I do, cats use it only at night). Clumps are solid and stay (mostly) together, relatively dust-free and small size of sand means the cats don't trail it too much. Generally there is only a small semi-circle of few sand grains around the door of the litter tray where the long-haired cat has shook her paws. I would recommend it any day.

This is one of the litters I keep coming back to. It's quite affordale, nice quality and forms tight clumps that are easy to clean. Like all clay based litters it's a bit dusty and like all litter, it trails. I suppose litter that's made out of larger particles or wood etc is "better" if you're worried about trailing and dust but this makes cleaning the litter box easy and the cats love it. I recommend this!

This is one of the few fine clumping cat litters one can find that are unscented and are reasonably priced. Previously my favourite was Biokats unscented, but it has been withdrawn so I tried this. It is a great litter, it clumps very well, there is some dust but I can handle it, and there is no odour. However, I have a particular problem with my cat's habit to pee on the walls of the litter tray. This means that good clumping ability = clumps glued on the tray walls. Cleaning the tray and the scoop is much more difficult than it was with Biokats (whose clumps tend to break more easily). This is not a problem with the litter, but for practical reasons I will now try the scented Biokats micro. I hope the smell won't be unbearable as I don't like perfumes.

I got this on my last purchase of cat litter, instead of Classy Cat. It works out a little cheaper, but it really is the same litter. It clumps really well and the cats love it. My only complaint is that the baby powder smell is not as strong as Classy Cat, so it doesn't do as good a job at masking the odour. I would buy this again if I had to save a few euros, but I still think Classy Cat is better.

The scent is very pleasant and it clumps well at first. However, over time it starts to crumble, so you have to change it completely more often than usual.

We've been using it for years now. Sometimes it's finer and doesn't create much dust, other times it's a bit coarser and gets really dusty. Because of that, it clumps better or worse depending on the batch. The odour control is good, though it used to be better. Consistent quality would be great. For now, we'll stick with it.

Up to about half a bag, it does a pretty good job of containing odours and the pleasant scent of baby powder greets me while I clean the litter. After that, the odour control gradually fades away—my partner thinks it happens much sooner. No issues with clumping.

When I’ve just refilled the litter tray, one of my cats even lies down in it. They love digging in it because it’s so fine and apparently feels nice on their paws. It clumps brilliantly! No crumbling of the clumps. Great value for money. I wish it was a bit more economical and produced less dust, but it’s still acceptable.

Unfortunately, Maine Coons pick up loads of litter in their fluffy paws and bring it into bed 😵‍💫

Good product

We've been using it for several years. The scent is now rather weak, and unfortunately it creates quite a lot of dust when you pour or move it around – so that's not as advertised. It clumps satisfactorily, and if you put in enough litter, the cat can cover its poo. Very little sticks to their paws, so it mostly stays near the litter tray.

I've been using this product for a long time, but suddenly it doesn't smell like baby powder anymore. Overall, I'm fairly satisfied, but like others, I've also noticed that it's changed. I'd really like an explanation for this. Now I want to try a different scent, but from what I've read, it seems all the fragrances are gone.

It works really well, clumps nicely. But I wouldn't give any stars for the scent, as it disappears once it's out of the bag. Don't write 99.9% dust-free, because it does create dust, and the finer the gravel, the more it dusts.

What a great cat litter. With other pellets, half of them ended up outside the tray. These fine, scented pellets are really recommended! Keep it up, ZooPlus.

The product is very good. Only the shipping leaves something to be desired. Both 12 kg bags of cat litter arrived burst open in the package. When unpacking, there was a significant loss of product. With that weight, a sturdier box should be used. I’ll still order it again, though.

Super pleasant scent

Has anyone else noticed that the gravel has changed at the same time as the bags were changed? There’s now a bigger variation in the size of the gravel and it doesn’t clump as well.

Very nice sand that hardly creates any dust. I thought I bought the unscented one but accidentally picked this one with baby powder scent. I was surprised at how fresh it actually smelled. It also got rid of the urine smell that you often get in the litter. Unfortunately, my cat didn’t approve of this type, so I had to mix it with another unscented one. I’ll keep trying different options from this brand!

And me too. It forms nice clumps and doesn’t let any nasty smells through. What more could you ask for, right? I always get the newsletter.

The cat had trouble getting out of the litter box because of the flap. The flap left a gap and didn’t close properly. Then I started reading the reviews. Turned the flap around and the cat could get out on its own.

We love using the litter box. And it doesn’t even smell after we’ve been, but our owners aren’t too happy with all the litter we throw or track out onto the floor 🪣

Attaching the lid to the tray and closing it is a bit tricky. Other than that, it’s fine and big enough for my British Shorthair.
