Why did they change it?
I’ve used this litter for years,it was the only one my super fussy elderly cat would use.The last couple of bags I’ve purchased however have been different.The litter is not nearly as fine and extremely dusty😕It also doesn’t clump as well as it used to.I’m hoping it’s not a permanent change as it’s gone from being the best litter I’ve ever used to “meh”

I'm still not sure
I have 2 cats and it works great with them, no bad smell suuuuper clamping and easy to clean. most of the review are complaining because the tray is very difficult to clean, but I didn't find this problem. however, the "complain" that I have for this litter is that I find sand everywhere even with a mat to catch litter. So I'm not 100% satisfied

I bought this on the basis of the good reviews, but wasn't impressed. I have been using Sanicat pro clumping gold for my 4 cats, but thought this might be better. It isn't. It comes in a massive plastic sack which was so heavy I had to drag it to the trays, I couldn't lift it. It wasn't particularly good at odour control. And when I came to wash out the tray, I found that wee'd upon remnants had stuck like cement. For a clumping microgranule litter I will return to Sanicat.
Clumps well - too well!
At first I loved the fact that I could lift out the firm clumps leaving the rest of the litter intact. Also, it doesn't smell which is good. But being clay-based when it gets wet it becomes almost like concrete and very difficult to remove from the scoop and the tray itself. I have used tons of hot water to get both clean so I won't be buying it again.

Something's not right..
... we've been using this cat litter in several litter boxes for years. After the last order and refilling the boxes, the cats are avoiding them and prefer to pee elsewhere... in front of the litter box, in the bathtub... Something about it seems to bother the cats. Dangerous for us
I actually thought the litter was great – it clumps well, lasts a long time, and is affordable. Now, a second kitten has joined us and started licking the litter and cleaning her paws afterwards. Twice, the little one had trouble passing stool afterwards. Once, it got so blocked up that the stool stayed in her gut and she ended up with diarrhoea. I replaced the litter straight away. I don’t think I’ll use it again, I’m just too worried about my kitten. Such a pity.

Has gone downhill
At this stage, I'm really torn after reading the latest reviews. At first, we were genuinely very happy with the quality. Then I thought maybe the problem was on my end because of all the Premium, Ultra... Did I miss something? No, the quality has definitely gone downhill. Our cats are dragging out damp bits, the clumps are more like puddles now and much harder to get rid of. Our cats don't even bother to "bury" anymore. Looks like we'll have to look for alternatives. Huge drop in quality

Very dusty!
