Too strong smell
I used to buy this brand without perfume. I tried this one and my cat absolutely refused to go to the litter box!! She held her pee and been crying the whole morning and peed in the kitchen floor!

They've changed it
Was my go to litter and had zero issues with it. The last two bags have been fine and dusty and do nothing to hold the urine scent. So disappointing.

Quality has gone downhill a lot
I've been using this cat litter for years because of its great quality. Unfortunately, I've become less and less satisfied lately. Idolised and praised by many as the best cat litter. Disappointed. The bags are hard to open. And do they leak? Yes. The box is full of loose grit. That wasn’t the case before. Now it tracks everywhere. I have three big indoor tomcats. I get two days less out of a bag per week now. And if our elderly cat doesn’t bury his poo properly, it has to come out straight away.
