No idea why this is called tender
The "tender strips" are rock-hard compressed things with sharp edges that got stuck behind my tomcat’s teeth.
He needed help to get it out from behind his teeth.
Maybe suitable for large dogs, but not for cats.
(Maybe a small dog could eat it, since their teeth are different from a cat’s, but I wouldn’t risk it.)
