Poor paint finish

The design of this contraption is so poor and not as described:
- it is not stable and slips on any surface
- the bowls rattle in their supporting rings
- removing the bowl used for water is almost impossible without spilling due to attachment clips position.

Defective
I couldn't screw the stand together because one of the holes in the vertical metal rod isn't in the middle. I couldn't connect the feet of the stand to the rod. The screw was crooked and wouldn't go into the hole, probably because the hole for the screw wasn't drilled precisely at the factory.
