TIAKI Double Bowl with Adjustable Stand

This is the second time I’ve bought this product. Although I was satisfied the first time, this time I received a stand that’s missing the hook to hold one of the bowls, the stand itself is crooked, and trying to straighten it by force would probably break it.

It's not bad, but it's not acceptable for a brand new product to already have rust on it.
