I bought a 400g bag in a previous order and my pet ate it really well, but with the next order, they just sniff it and walk away—they don’t want to eat it. This is already the second Zooplus brand that’s been ruined after they changed the recipe (the first was Purizon). So I doubt I’ll try any of their other own brands. It’s a shame because my pet used to love it.

My cats used to like the big kibble from their previous food, and it was one of the few brands they actually ate. Now, they're not really into it anymore. They didn't eat other brands with small kibble either, which is why I bought Freedom with the big pieces. At the moment, I'm looking for new kibble.

Very disappointing, I don't think you can save money this way—quite the opposite. Some varieties of Wild Freedom my cats won't eat anymore, and the ones they still do are of lower quality. Not very customer-friendly, neither for people nor for pets.

I can only agree with the many negative comments here. Why does a good and widely accepted pet food have to be changed? And why swap a great package with a brilliant resealable zip for a boring, standard one? I just don’t get it.
