My cats favourite toy by a 100%. She plays like a kitten with this toy. It helps her hunter prey and catch instincts. My only negative is the feathers do fall out easily and quickly.

We got this to help with 'play time' for one of our kitties who often wakes us up in the wee hours, play time helps to tire him out so we get a full nights sleep. this toy is excellent, he loves it, jumping in the air to catch it, chasing it along the floor. Job done. Added bonus, our blind cat also plays with it as he can hear it dragging along the floor. So sweet. The toy itself seems to be well made, the different attachments are easy to interchange. Time will tell how it holds up.

Feathers came right off after one minute of playtime. I just attached a leathery mouse by the tail with a strong knot and it's held fine for months now. However, I did need to tape the two pole pieces together as it would come off everytime my cats played rough.

We got this dangler for our new kitten. IT'S WAY BIGGER THAN EXPECTED. We know it says 'xxl' in the title but they really weren't kidding - however, it comes in two parts that slot together and we are not sure it will stay 'together'. After testing it out a bit (without kitty) it looks as though it will hold. Something that would instill confidence in its abilty to stay as one woud be nice. Like if the peices screwed together instead? The feather toys you can change are great and seem of good quality. Also very pretty looking - overall a good buy and a good price.

My kittens really love it, but when they tug at the trapped prey, the bars have slipped apart a couple of times.

I received one piece to try from some friendly cat parents. Both my cats love these wands. The little female cat runs to play with it as soon as she sees or hears it, she doesn't even need a human to join in. My one-year-old tomcat, who previously didn't want to play near the little one, also switches to hunter mode when the wand comes out. The feathers do get tangled and wear out quickly, but these are very minor flaws compared to the advantages. It would be great if you could buy just the feathers without the sticks, as they wear out the fastest.

The length is great, especially with three Maine Coon cats. However, the pole does occasionally come loose from the connector. But it's not really a big issue :)
