My boys love it
My cats really like playing with it and I like that it comes with different attachments. I agree with other reviewers that the string does get tangled, but I don't mind, especially for the price.

My cat loves this
My cats favourite toy by a 100%. She plays like a kitten with this toy. It helps her hunter prey and catch instincts. My only negative is the feathers do fall out easily and quickly.

Great toy if string would be better
My cats love chasing games and this toy I purchased second time as the first one broke, quality changed unfortunately as the string is tangling itself after every movement, so it's becoming more playful for yourself (how quick you can untangle it) it's a shame

Gets tangled up
I love this toy, however, since they changed the attachment to a clasp, the toy cannot spin freely anymore which causes it to get tangled up now and you end up spending more time untangling it than playing.

Toys are great, string not so much
My cat goes nuts for the feather attachment that came with this toy and we love the extended length. Unfortunately the string is not elastic so it gets hopelessly curled and tangled on itself making is so you have to untangle it every couple of minutes.

Wild for it!
He loves this toy so much, it completely focuses him, draws him in and wears him out. We really do bond over this one and it's very often hilarious. Really brings his innate hunting skills to the fore and gives him a thorough body work out. Insanely good value!
Best toy ever!
My two orientals have stopped going out because it’s too cold to explore. And have been going stir crazy. We got the leather tassle toys as those are our favourite but added this as the extra length seemed good. Well, what an amazing toy. Comes with two spare replacement feather attachments. The pole is long and bouncy and the feathers spin as you wave the want about. The cats went crazy as soon as we started playing with it. They are back to being active and are quite addicted to their new toy.
A big hit!
We got this to help with 'play time' for one of our kitties who often wakes us up in the wee hours, play time helps to tire him out so we get a full nights sleep.
this toy is excellent, he loves it, jumping in the air to catch it, chasing it along the floor. Job done.
Added bonus, our blind cat also plays with it as he can hear it dragging along the floor. So sweet.
The toy itself seems to be well made, the different attachments are easy to interchange. Time will tell how it holds up.
Entertainment for Recovering Cat
My Leo is currently recovering from 2 broken toes and has to stay indoors. In 3 weeks we bought dozens of toys to try keep him occupied and they all didn't interest him for more than 5 mins. Except this one!! Typical that we find it when he's not got long in his cast left but he likes birds and this looks and acts like a bird in flight! We've been playing with it every time he's awake since it arrived and he absolutely loves it! (PS the non feathered attachment looks like his sister's tail!)

Best toy ever!
This is the best toy I have ever bought, all of my cats went mad for it, even my very senior cat got up! (A rare sight). I will definitely be buying a few more :) If you are only going to buy one thing for your cat, get this, they will love you for it :)

My cat absolutely loves it
Favourite toy of my cat. I would love to have the option to buy just the feathers as, after he viciously attacks them, the feathers get destroyed. Instead of buying the whole stick, I’d rather keep buying the end part—it has a clip anyways. Hence the 4 star..

Brilliant
Super toy, cheap and good.
My cat loves to run around like crazy after this from room to room, and from the cat tower to her hiding spot.
Flies well with the feathers and the long stick and string.

The only fishing rod my cat actually plays with
We were looking for an alternative to a laser, and this wand with a feather tip is the only toy our cat has accepted. Highly recommended.

Cat loves it
It's great, I saw comments saying it twists, but I haven't had that problem. My cat really likes it and when he finally chews through the string, I'll definitely buy it again.

3-in-1 Cat Fishing Rod, XXL
Great long fishing rod, the cat loves the feathers and fur, "devoured" in about 3 weeks ;) I'm buying more feathers for my little predator ;)

Cats love it
My cats love it too much!! They have loads of fun. The only problem is that there are no extra feather replacements sold here. If you sold those parts separately, it would be great, so I wouldn't have to buy the whole package again ♥️ Excellent product!

The string ruins everything
The toy itself is great, but the string is a disaster… it gets tangled in seconds, which makes it really hard to use. The long string quickly becomes short, and untangling it is a nightmare. My cat loved the feathers, but unfortunately we don't use it anymore.

Strange material for the stem
As an idea, it's great for a cat, but the stem/stick seems to be made of a fibreglass-like material. If the stick slips through your fingers, you'll have a splinter-like feeling in your fingers for hours afterwards.

Wooow
My cat has never liked a toy this much, even after 3 days. Thanks to the string and the thin stick, the feather part moves really quickly—my cat absolutely adores this thing.

The cat loved it
My cat goes absolutely mad for this fishing rod toy. He jumps, runs, and stalks it. You can just tell that, in his imagination, a real hunt is happening. When he catches it, he lets it go after a moment and keeps playing, instead of—like with other fishing rod toys—waiting for a treat or his bowl. The string does get terribly tangled, but honestly, the positives far outweigh that downside.

super
My kittens really love it, but when they tug at the trapped prey, the bars have slipped apart a couple of times.

Poor quality
Unfortunately, 2 out of the 3 toys were already broken by my two kittens in less than 24 hours. That's really a shame.

Extra fishing rod
I received one piece to try from some friendly cat parents. Both my cats love these wands. The little female cat runs to play with it as soon as she sees or hears it, she doesn't even need a human to join in. My one-year-old tomcat, who previously didn't want to play near the little one, also switches to hunter mode when the wand comes out. The feathers do get tangled and wear out quickly, but these are very minor flaws compared to the advantages. It would be great if you could buy just the feathers without the sticks, as they wear out the fastest.

Really great feather wand
My cats love the feather wand, especially with the attachments – it's just super practical, and the telescopic pole makes it much more comfortable for us humans too. I can only recommend it.

Enjoying
You can really enjoy it, even if you want to sit next to your pet as the owner. However, the elastic gets twisted very quickly. It's nice that there are replacement feathers included, because with a wild cat they break easily.

My cats' favourite
And besides, all my friends who have received this rod from me love it too. I don't have experience with "the previous one", but this one is a big favourite here. I recognise the curling of the string with one of the three toys, but that's a small price to pay for the huge addiction these rods are for my cats.
And for €3.50 per rod, you can never really go wrong.

Can't be used for more than 10 seconds
The string curls up so much that the toy is unusable after 10 seconds. Unwinding the string is really troublesome. Last year I bought the same cat wand and had no problems at all.
