The door don't close as already mentioned in other reviews, whis a pity. Otherwise size is ok for my 6 months old cat, but I'm not sure if it is still ok when he grows up. The tray is a bit too low at the entrance. It is light inside compared to our other cat toilet and I think my cat prefers that.

The tray itself is fine, although not deep at the front, so really does need to be used with the lid on (especially for larger cats). However, the door flap hangs inside the opening, so litter is visible and it does not keep smells trapped as well as it might otherwise.

Bought this one based on the reviews but a bit disappointed: it's narrow and doesn't clip well. The base is not strong and unstable. The only good thing is the back of the litter box for cats who don't squat to wee

I bought this litter box to help with odours, but if you look at review pictures of this box, the flap door stays open about an inch letting out all odours, I recommend if you don't mind the fact the door doesn't close all the way, but if you're looking for one where the door closes properly, don't get it. I guess I got what I paid for. It's very cheaply made.

The door nowhere near fits and it stands at rest inside the box as you can see in pic

I bought two of these, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. No complaints about the quality. The clips are stron and sturdy yet easy to undo. Better than the sliding clips on other models. The door is my big complaint. Weird design. It hangs slightly inwards of the door frame so there is always a big gap and smells escape easily. Not much point in the carbon filter. I like the size and quality, but am now looking for an equivalent with a normal door design.

I received my order much later than estimated. The little door is really bad, it stays open most of the time. One of the latches connecting the top and bottom was broken and stuck together with tape. This is my first and probably last experience with zooplus :(

Otherwise good, but the flap doesn't sit as shown in the picture; instead, it hangs awkwardly well inside the edge, and no amount of bending or twisting helps.

Unfortunately, the top part of the cat litter box is broken. Since my cats really like using the toilet, I would prefer to be able to order just the top part instead of having to buy a whole new litter box. That would be much better, especially from a sustainability point of view. The side clips for fastening break off very easily.

I liked it, the box is spacious but there's nothing champagne pink about it. It's a dark beige, and the Tuscan red is also MUCH darker. I was disappointed because I wanted soft pastel shades. But I don't think the cat will stop using it because of that, and returning it is a hassle, so I'll just leave it be.

The litter box itself is absolutely fine. However, when it was delivered, it was clear that there must have been mice in it earlier while it was in the warehouse. When it arrived, the litter box was completely dirty with mouse droppings and torn cardboard.

This is the second time I’ve bought them. The size is perfect for me, but I feel like the quality of the plastic has gone down. After just a week, the first time I emptied it to wash it, the base was already completely scratched (I guess from the scoop) – and I’m using the same scoops as always. The previous ones took much longer to wear out. One of the clips broke the first time I used it, although I have to say that Zooplus sorted it out.

Unfortunately, I received a damaged product.

The first litter box was really good, we've had it for almost a year and we're still using it. However, the second one came with a defect in the side latches... it was really hard to close, it almost felt like it would break if I forced it, and after just 2 weeks one of them actually did break when I opened it.

There’s no handle to lift the lid and nowhere to rest the scoop.

I bought this litter box so the smell wouldn’t get out, but when you try to close it, the doors are completely in the wrong place and you just can’t fit them to the box.
