The whole reason for buying this was to contain odour and mess, it only got delivered today and already the door sits inside the box allowing mess and smell to come put, it took a long time to be delivered and then it is defective, very disappointing 😞

The plastic is too flexible, so it breaks into parts when it is full of send. I have learnt to take it by base when lifting, but another problem is the real reason for considering it useless. When a cat pees neer the wall, some pee manages to flow out of the box. Sorry Savic, but that is a bad design.

The door doesn't work properly. Unusable in this state. You have to remove the door.

Low end and defective product : the door never shuts properly. The point of this product is to limit odours, how is this supposed to work when the door is always open. Note: the after-sales service by email is non-existent, I had to call on the phone so that the withdrawal period does not pass. Very limited as a process.

The first time I received this article it was totally bent out of shape and unusable. The second time, a piece came off the back after about 3 days use..

The whole point of a covered litter box is to keep the litter and smells inside… but the door doesn’t close! It’s useless! Avoid at all costs!

I've been buying this type of litter box for years, but the quality has been getting worse over time. The one I have now is only two months old and already has a crack near the legs, so the urine just leaks onto the floor. Such a shame!

Disappointed! It arrived a bit bent, the plastic is damaged/bent so the entry flap doesn’t close properly. I didn’t even check it carefully before tearing the packaging because I wasn’t expecting this. I’ve been ordering products for 5 years, and I never thought this would happen. Sad.

The bottom of the litter box is made from plastic that's too thin, so the base is warped and slightly bulges upwards. When the cat steps inside, the bottom suddenly collapses with a "click," scaring the cat so much it jumps and doesn't want to use the box anymore. The old litter box was sturdy and thick. Now, to save money, they're making rubbish.
