The formula has changed, we weren't informed, the coloured scented grains have almost all disappeared, which means it no longer smells nice.

I've been using this litter for years – for 7 cats. And I loved (or love) it. But for months now, the bags have often been open at the seam at the top. The litter is already spilling out of the packages. Lately, with every order, at least 2 bags have been open, litter missing of course, and everything gets filthy when unpacking. Even upon delivery. And now this – the indicator granules were ALREADY BLUE in the last delivery! The whole room reeks terribly of ammonia!! I feel a bit ripped off! What have you done?

The litter itself is still working well, but the recent change in packaging makes no sense at all. The bag just splits open on its own because the plastic seams don’t hold and come apart in several places. It makes using the litter really difficult.

Like many others, my last order of this litter arrived completely torn open, it was everywhere. The quality of the litter has also changed: it clumps less and smells more! Disappointed!

I've ordered their brand's litter many times. I have to admit that the "formula" has changed and the quality is much lower now. I had finally found a great litter that clumped perfectly...

Compared to Odourlock, this one starts to smell bad even faster.

I’ve been using this litter for years, but lately the quality has changed—it clumps much less and I’m really disappointed. If I don’t get the same quality as before with my next order, I’ll have no choice but to switch.
