Very poor quality litter, the urine doesn't clump at all and just crumbles, so it ends up smelling awful. I'm going to switch brands, even though I used to buy this one in pink.

I've been buying this cat litter for many years, but lately the quality has changed a lot—it's much less clumping, dustier, and there's no talcum powder scent anymore. On the other hand, you quickly notice the smell of cat urine, even when cleaning every day... I'm really disappointed.

At first, it was really good—we even had it on a subscription order. Unfortunately, with every new delivery, it got worse and worse: just dust, so much that you could only clean the litter box while wearing a mask. One of my cats even had an allergic reaction and couldn't breathe. Our cat is a semi-outdoor cat and is usually not sensitive at all. We immediately switched to another brand. Such a shame, it started off so well...

The composition of this litter has changed because it’s no longer clumping at all, and it doesn’t last as long even when I clean it every day. It doesn’t clump with pee, it sticks to the tray and smells really strongly of ammonia. I won’t be ordering it anymore!! I used to be a big fan since last year, but it’s just not the same anymore.

The bags seem to be made from a different material too, and one even arrived with a ripped seam, so litter went everywhere. It’s made a right mess of our cat’s automatic litter box and it’s a lot harder to keep clean. Until these problems are sorted, we won’t be buying this brand again.

We've been using this litter for years with our six cats. Lately, we've noticed that the quality has gone downhill a lot. It's dustier and doesn't trap smells anymore. So we'll have to look for a different one instead.

I have been buying this litter for years. The last Zen order I received 15 days ago was a nightmare. The packaging has changed—it's even less sturdy now. I'm not sure it's the same quantity as before. I'll weigh it next time. The color has changed, it's gray. Even dustier than the previous one. And there's no baby powder scent at all. What's going on, Zooplus? Is this a mistake or is it permanent? I filed a complaint and I'll get a refund, but I had to reorder so I'll see. If it's the same... yikes.

Following up on my previous comment. I’m relieved to see others feel the same way. Mediocre, not to mention the torn boxes and bags—get your act together, Zooplus.

I had been using this litter for a long time and really liked it. But since last December, the packaging has changed and the plastic they use now just isn’t strong enough for the weight. This is the second delivery where the bags have arrived completely torn open inside the box. Imagine having to clean up 24L of litter in your hallway! A nightmare! So I’m really disappointed with this new packaging and I can’t order this litter anymore.

I’ve been ordering this litter for a year and a half, and since August when the new packaging arrived, I’ve noticed it’s not the same as before. It clumps well for two days, then that’s it—the whole tray turns into wet sand, it smells really strong and you have to throw it out quickly. Before, I could use the whole bag in my litter box and it would last a month, now I have to put a thin layer, throw it away after 3-4 days and repeat until the bag is finished.
