My three cats often drink from a regular water bowl. Now, after three months, the pump has also broken. My recommendation is to first use a ceramic bowl—if your cat drinks from it, you don’t need to buy something expensive that, unfortunately, will end up as electronic waste sooner rather than later. If the pump lasted longer and cats accepted it well, it could be a good purchase.

I bought the device a year ago. Since then, I've had to order 3 new pumps because, even with regular cleaning, it keeps stopping and the fountain won't start again. My cats really love it, but at this rate, it's just not worth the price.

Unfortunately, the pump has already broken for the second time, even though I clean it regularly. I’d stay away from it and rather spend a bit more money once, instead of having to keep buying replacement pumps.

The circulation pump lasted exactly 2 months. It was still working late at night, but by morning it had already stopped.
