Be careful what you order! I got tricked by the accessories.

At first, my cat was really happy with the fountain, she loved drinking from it and it’s quiet. But unfortunately, even though I cleaned it inside, the wire that the electricity runs through started getting strange orange stains. After that, my cat didn’t want anything to do with it anymore. The fountain also started leaking water. It only lasted a few months.

I bought this product twice in a row because my cat loves it... but here's the problem: both times, the pump broke after just 2 months! After a while, I really start to question the reliability of this product...

Very poor quality product and bad value for money. The pump keeps breaking down all the time, even though we maintain it properly and follow the instructions provided. While we were away for the weekend, our cat went two days without water, even though he has kidney problems. He could have died. Don’t trust this product!!!

We got the drinking fountain for Christmas 2025 and the pump broke really quickly. We bought a new pump and that one didn’t even last two weeks. Really poor quality!!!! Such a shame, the cats like the fountain.

Pump broke after not even a year...

Unfortunately, the motor gave out after half a year.

Unfortunately, the pump often breaks. I've already bought it three times and now it's broken again after a short time. I won't buy it again!

I've now ordered a replacement pump again. Hopefully this one will last longer
