I ordered the fountain on 12 July this year and after a short time the motor has already broken. Please send a replacement as soon as possible.

Everything works perfectly except for the transformer. The most ridiculous thing is that you can't even get it as a spare part.

After not even 2 months, it doesn't work anymore!!

After 7 months of use, the pump broke, so I bought a spare one for 60 PLN. A month later, the power supply broke and you can't buy a replacement. Money down the drain. For this price, you can get a ceramic fountain that's easier to clean and has a better pump.

Everything works great except for the plug, which stopped working after just a little use. It retracts into itself and can't be plugged into the socket.

POOR QUALITY PRODUCT; After just 2 months of use, it already broke. Zooplus replaced it once, but the same problem happened again. Avoid buying this fountain.

I have bought this drinking fountain several times over more than 12 years, had to replace the pump, but even worse: because it’s made of plastic, it’s not easy to clean properly. It gets covered in a greasy residue, so bacteria build up. Even putting it in the dishwasher doesn’t get it clean. I’ve now bought a ceramic drinking fountain from another online shop, which was ten euros cheaper than the Catmate. It’s easy to clean and my cat is happy (and healthier) with it.

I've bought several fountains over the past few years and they were perfect, but the last two broke because of the plug—damaged pins. The quality of the product has gone down and there's no way to make a claim because the product wasn't registered on the website. Zooplus doesn't take responsibility. It's a scam.

Pump broke after 2 weeks and there’s no replacement pump available. I had my previous Petmate drinking fountain for years without the pump ever failing. Really disappointing.

Terrible, very noisy and it hasn’t even lasted half a year.

Not recommended.
