As for the quantity for the price, it's great, but I'm giving it 3 stars because for the second time I'm throwing away about 10 packs as they're damaged.

My cat is very picky and only likes Gourmet strips in sauce. I ordered the wrong one.

I ordered the jumbo pack twice, and each time some of the individual packs arrived damaged. Zooplus credited me for the damaged packs, but I still had to throw away the burst ones and clean up the rest. I won’t be ordering this product again.

Not the highest quality food, but my cats love it. Unfortunately, the meat content isn't particularly high.

Good rating: the product and the customer service response from Zooplus. Bad rating for Purina (the original packaging). We received 10 burst packs, some of them looked like they’d been cut with a box cutter. Because of this, when we opened the box, we found mould inside. The box itself didn’t have a single dent on the outside, so Zooplus wasn’t to blame.

I ordered in bulk because my cat is used to these pouches, but the ones from the parcel, my cat won’t eat any of them at all. I find it quite strange, especially since I’m giving him exactly the same pouches I buy in the shop, but nothing works… Even the smell seems identical to me, so I don’t get it.

My cat really likes it, but the problem is that for the third time now we've received a pack with opened pouches. It's not Zoohit's fault, it's an issue with the company that makes it. It's a shame that I'm now worried about ordering again, afraid I'll get the same thing.
