Hay
I hesitated a lot before ordering because of the previous reviews and the unnatural green colour in the photos, but I don’t regret my purchase! It’s a mini bale of hay (dry, as expected, and not green, which also makes sense) that’s slightly compressed. The only downside is that I find the strands a bit short. My dwarf rabbit loves it and eats it happily. The product photos should really be updated—the green colour makes it look more like freshly cut grass than hay (dried forage grasses).

50/50 hay/straw
The first few times I ordered this hay, the quality was good. There was hardly any straw in it. The last two orders, however, were at least 50% straw, which is being sold as 'meadow hay'. Half of the 'hay' doesn't get eaten and I have to throw it away. Such a shame! This is the last time I’m ordering this brand.

Yellow, poor quality
It was a waste of money. The product I received has nothing to do with the green hay shown in the picture. I have to throw it away because my guinea pig won't eat it.

Very dry, poor quality
The hay looks really green in the photo but it's actually the complete opposite. It's very, maybe even too dry, and really poor quality. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Lifesaver
With two big rabbits, buying hay has always been a nightmare, especially since the large 2kg packs are often hard to find or just not appealing. With this hay, both my furry friends and my wallet are happy. It always arrives wonderful and green, the strands are varied, nice and thick but soft, and waste is kept to a minimum since it's meadow grass that really attracts my rabbits and also keeps their paws well insulated from the litter.

Disappointing, even dangerous
Very disappointed with this Chipsi hay. The photo shows nice green hay, but the one I received is much duller. More worrying, I found several suspicious seed heads in it that could be dangerous for a rabbit. A disappointing product that I do not recommend.

Bad bad
The photo doesn't match. Plus, it contains sorghum, which is absolutely not suitable for rabbits. Be careful selling these things because it's already the second time I've ordered different hay and it's been really poor quality.

Misleading photo
The hay looks nothing like the photo... It's anything but green! Feels like a big scam, to be honest.

Breast review
The hay is completely wrong – in the photo it looks beautifully green, but what I got was grey, ugly, just rubbish.

Not what's shown in the picture
The hay is completely straw-like and rough, and not as green as shown in the pictures. My guinea pigs totally refused to eat it. Such a shame about the money.

We love it
It's not the best quality hay, but for the price it's great value.
We like it because it often doesn't have any prickly twigs, and there are some thicker pieces too, which are really good for wearing down our bunny's front teeth.

Hay
The hay didn’t arrive very fresh, it’s yellow in many areas.
