Versele-Laga Nature Chinchilla

I bought the product for my chinchillas. Unfortunately, I received the mix for all rodents. When I asked zooplus about it, they said, "Just because 'Chinchilla' isn’t written on the packaging doesn’t mean it’s not the right item." Personally, I don’t think this product is suitable for chinchillas at all, as it contains way too many pellets. I definitely won’t be ordering this product again. From now on, I’ll go back to buying the chinchilla mix from agobs.

I’ve been buying these for years, but my last order was very disappointing; the pellets are half the usual size. It feels like they’ve been repackaged. My chinchillas can’t grab them with their paws to eat them anymore because they’re so small; as a result, I feel like they’re underfed judging by the size of their droppings. I’m not sure if I’ll order them again; I usually buy them in 9kg bags.
