I emailed when I eventually put this together using a LOT of cable ties. I didn't request a refund or replacement etc just to let the company know. Due to the constant spam emails(yes I've unsubscribed, again) but yet No response to my complaint a review for others might help as it isn't cheap and I don't want this to happen to somebody else. Our arrived with hardly any clips to put together? Maybe 30% and some of them broken! Thankfully cable ties helped. 2☆ Durable Large.
