I’ve been a loyal subscription customer with Yumove since 2020, but the service has gone downhill badly. Deliveries have become slower and slower, and I was recently left without the product for two weeks. When I chased my order, I was told: "Unfortunately, we do have a 28 day window from the date of dispatch in which any delivery issues need to be reported. As this period has now passed, I’m very sorry, but we’re unable to offer a replacement or refund

Had the dog on these for months, now it’s nearly impossible to get them anywhere, everywhere is out of stock of them, Amazon won’t ship to Ireland, I’ve tried EBay too, disappointed, may change to something else now, pointless if u can’t keep getting them in my opinion, try something else!
