My Mastiff Puppy Prefers it!
I don't mind buying Maple what she needs and have tried Acana, Fromm and Eagle Pack Holistic Select. The bottom line is Maple eats the Royal Canin Giant with ease. She likes it and I don't have to add yogurt or broth to it so she will eat it. The other foods are high quality and I certainly don't believe Royal Canin to be junk, it is just more of a "scientific" type diet than holistic so to say. I add a few handfuls of Fromm to go with it. Maple is beautiful and her coat is so soft. Her stools are firm. A good food is one that works for your dog and what she or he likes to eat. Royal Canin has done this for my 4 month old Mastiff. Interestingly my extremely picky Maine Coon cat will only eat the dry Maine Coon Royal Canin.

Well balanced for Giant breeds
I brought my Great Dane up on Royal Canin starting with Giant Puppy then moving on to Giant Junior and now Giant Adult. He has grown up beautifully, not too fast and is a lovely weight. It's so important to get the balance right with Giant breeds. I now have a Weimeraner pup who will be brought up on Royal Canin too (large breed though). Good prices on zooplus helps too. Strongly recommend for those with large breeds that need special consideration regarding their diet.

Dog Dinners
The bags of Royal Canin arrive to me in excellent condition. The bags themselves and the packaging all received in perfect order. I keep a number of rescued dogs and they all really enjoy Royal Canin dinners! They can hardly wait for it to be dished up.

Good value
This product is very good value compared to the pet stores in my area (Cork City, Ireland). I have an 4 month english mastiff and he loves this. I find he eats it better if I mix it with boiled turkey breast and feed him his RDA in 2 stages during the day. As for this site, I find it a pleasure to shop here. I always get my order within a week of placing it and they have everything that you could want.

excellent price and good service
At first i wasnt to sure about how reliable this site was, however i was pleasantly suprised. I have also looked to purchase this product on other sites and pet stores, however found that they were alot dearer. Best value by two bags.

massive
I had this product which was recommended by the breeder I bought my puppy from. I have an Alaskan malamute he's called hunter and is 4 months old and he is MASSIVE ! I have searched the net for places to get this product and I have to say this site is deffinetly the cheapest!! and most reliabe! I can't speak for anyone else but I always buy the 2* Eco packs(15kg) and there delivery speed is amazing always within one-two days.I no a new buyer might be skepticle about reading reviews or buying online but trust this is 100% genuine. 5 stars from me about products and delivery speed.

Great Value!
My vet recommended this for my Newfoundland puppy (6 months old now) I started buying it from surgery but was very pleased to find it here for less than half price, with free delivery to my door (meaning I don't have to heave a 15kg sack from the car)
Thanks Zooplus!

Excellent for Rottweilers too
Although my rottweiler probably never will weigh 45 kg or over, I was recommended this food for her to ensure a slow and safe growth so that her bones and joints could keep up with the rest of her.
We are very pleased and so is the vet - she has grown in a good pace.
She has a beautiful coat and loves the food.
So I can recommend this product for those who have large breeds that tends to grow too fast and develop joint and bone problems because of this.

Very sensible indeed
I was unable to resolve my bitch's digestive problems until I came upon Royal Canin's "maxi sensible".
I was cynical about their claims and the price, but not now.
It's worth every penny.
(Significantly less pennies here.)

Good food for a stong mastiff
We own a 5-month-old English mastiff, on this food since we got him, on Purina before at 'breeders'. We got him in poor health and no energy, after 3 months he has won best puppy show and is full of life. Would recommend for sure, I am not sure if there is much choice for breeders of giant puppies though, was only told about Hills.

Newfoundlands deserve the best.
Having been around newfoundlands for 11+ years, My eldest is 11 years old. she is fed on Royal Canin.... Still able! and can keep up with the puppies and keep them in line.
I recomend Royal Canin. I Have "show" Newfies and Landseers. You only get out what you put in.... It may seem expensive to feed your giant dogs on this food, the quantities will become less as your dogs get older.
Giant Puppy at such a discounted price! knocking almost £10 off each bag here at zooplus and free delivery!.
