After years of ordering Purizon food, I noticed a difference between the two 12 kg bags in my last order. The kibble in the first bag was visibly greasier and looked different, while the second bag appeared as usual. Both of my dogs, who normally don’t have stomach issues, got diarrhoea immediately after eating from the first bag. Zooplus explained the difference as a recipe change, but the ingredients and nutritional analysis on both labels are exactly the same. Purizon/Matina did not respond to my inquiry.

I bought this dog food for over 3 years. Unfortunately, some time ago the manufacturer decided to add an ingredient that causes allergies in 99% of dogs – chicken. Because of this food, my Bonnie now has serious stomach problems.

9-year-old Labrador, absolutely no digestive issues before. These kibbles caused severe diarrhoea. Even mixing in our tried-and-tested kibbles didn’t help. Now I don’t know what to do with them. And I bought 12+2 kg on special offer... 😡

I switched from Wolf of Wilderness because they shamelessly halved the meat content. Purzion seemed like a good alternative after I looked closely at the ingredients and so on. Unfortunately, this food doesn't seem to be very digestible or well tolerated. The stool is very soft, smells terrible, and my dog has constant gas. Extremely disappointing. Why can't ZooPlus make decent food anymore?

The recipe is supposed to be with lamb and salmon, yet it contains 12% chicken, which is an allergen for many animals. You keep changing the recipes and making them worse and worse...
