My active mixed-breed female dog didn’t tolerate it well: diarrhoea, greasy stools and flatulence… We mixed it for weeks and also tried leaving it out completely. With Single Meat, things improved; she pooped less per day, obviously digesting a lot because it’s very high in calories. But the many protein and fat sources are too much for a permanent switch, even though our mountain dog is hyperactive. You have to be careful, the pack smelled a bit rancid and not fresh.

I bought this food for my retriever. Normally, she eats pretty much anything, as retrievers do. But with this food, I had to convince her first by mixing in some wet food. That way, she finally ate it. Also, the kibble is really small for such a big dog. My girl likes to chew, but with these kibbles, there’s nothing for her to chew on. She’s only had it for two days now, and so far she’s tolerating it well. The ingredients are good.

Instead of cat food, I bought this one. Until I realised, the cats had already eaten one portion :) They liked it ;)

My dog was a bit hesitant about these, otherwise she usually gobbles up most things quickly.
