Unfortunately, the packaging no longer gives off a premium feel. The product made with the new recipe is much paler in colour, and the kibble itself crumbles, so a much larger portion turns to dust at the bottom of the bag. I think it’s time for us to switch. Our dogs used to like it, but we want the best for them, so thanks for everything up until now.

We used to happily feed Lukullus to our Lab – first the puppy food and then the adult food. Since they changed the recipe, the food is completely different. I’d describe it as floury, and there’s a lot of leftover powder. We’re also not sure if our dog has developed an intolerance after more than two years. We won’t be buying this food anymore.

I am not satisfied with this order. There is far too much dry food dust. This does not match the price-performance ratio. The email to customer service was not sent and I was told to call instead. I had attached pictures of the poor quality dry food to the email.
