I used this on a very strong puller with both the front and back attachments but as he pulls so much the strap that is supposed to be protected dug into his skin causing a large open wound. I had to put a cone on his head to stop him licking. I used it for one long walk a week ago and the wound has still not fully healed.

I should’ve paid attention to another review I read where the owner said that her dogs armpits were raw after using this halter… I was optimistic that wouldn’t happen to us but unfortunately mistaken my dog has really sore spots on her skin now behind her elbows and I won’t be using this again. The “padding” that is supposed to protect against this simply slides out of the position while walking

My dog broke it within a few minutes, and it's not even cheap. For the price, it's not sturdy at all.

I strongly advise against this for a powerful dog that pulls a lot. On my Malinois, the harness keeps loosening during walks and the anti-pull effect is almost non-existent. The lead sold separately for this system is way too long, which makes control even harder. I had to add a short lead to the front of the chest to be able to hold her back better. For a strong Malinois that pulls hard, this system is clearly not suitable. Very disappointed. I strongly advise against it.

It's cruel to put your dog through something like this.
