flexi Giant Professional Tape Lead - 10m

Bought in January. By the beginning of June it doesn’t roll anymore, so it’s only good for the bin!!! I expected better quality!!

Unfortunately, we are not at all satisfied with the product. The leash/strap is made of a very thin material. Our dog bit the leash once and there were already holes in it. The previous model had a thicker, more robust leash. After about a year, the retraction mechanism is already broken. The rewind sticks. Such a shame. This is the first time we've been disappointed with this brand.

I ordered the flexi Gigant 10 meter on 26.1.2026. Today, while out walking the dog, I somehow lost the stop button. The leash was always well taken care of and now it’s useless. My dog weighs just 22 kg and is quite petite, so in my opinion, this shouldn’t have happened. I’m very disappointed.
