My 16kg mixed-breed dog doesn’t pull on the lead, but if you have a large dog that does pull, it’s better to get something else. It’s adjustable to different sizes and comfortable; at first it’s a bit stiff but it softens up over time. I recommend it for people with medium or small dogs that don’t pull.
