This fountain is torture, it makes a lot of light and noise.

Very happy with this 3-year-old fountain compared to the previous two models, which were noisy and ended up leaking because of the electric filter, even after replacing it. Here, everything is fine, no breakdowns and the cats love it. I just need to replace the bulb.

The trickling water catches the cat’s attention, so they drink from it more often. It’s better for them to drink filtered, fresh water too!

I bought this drinking fountain for work, and my furry colleague has taken to it really well.

The fountain doesn't meet my expectations; the description is misleading because it makes you think the water container is stainless steel, but it turns out to be plastic. Honestly, you end up paying a lot for expensive plastic—zero stars from me.

Very easy to put on and take off, a more reasonable price would be great.

We’ve been using this fountain for about a year now. So, apart from the fact that the pumps don’t last very long and need to be replaced every 2-3 months, and apart from the fact that you can only buy the round replacement filter and not the pump filter (so I guess you’re never supposed to change that one? – or maybe the fountain isn’t meant for long-term use?), aside from these points, the fountain is actually good and quiet.

They are filters made specifically for a very small water dispenser model.

I bought the first fountain last September and after just a month it started making a buzzing noise, like bees. Also, the LED stopped working after 6 months. I bought a new pump hoping it would be quieter and to replace the LED, but the noise came back after just a few days of use. I clean the fountain once a week and change the filters at least once a month, and the water I use is purified.

In just a few months, it broke—the motor works but no water comes out.

It looks nice, but two days after we set it up, the pump died. It hasn’t worked since. So that was a waste of money 🙄

For me, it’s spot on. With a few extra filters bought, it’s perfect. No problems at all in 2 years.
