Quality product, the kibbles dispense enough so that cats can eat them. Very useful for those who can't always keep an eye on their pets' food.

I bought both models, the water one and the food one. The water dispenser does refill itself automatically, but the food one doesn’t. You have to keep an eye on it and shake it so the food drops down from the container when the bowl is empty.

It’s not suitable to store water in a plastic container, as plastic can harbour bacteria and deposits can build up on it over time. A more hygienic option is stainless steel or glass.

The pellet version is stable, it's easy to separate the bottom from the top for cleaning, and it actually does let the pellets out. But you definitely need to wipe it down with a paper towel sometimes—if you use food with a high oil content, it can attract dust or leave an unpleasant smell. As for the size, the base is about the length of a human foot, and the bottle is as tall as the base is long. DO NOT use strong cleaning agents or rough materials like sponges to scrub it, as this will damage the protective coating on the product.

The container is very spacious, and you can refill it from the top, which is really handy! Highly recommend.

Because I have several cats, I don't need to fill smaller bowls multiple times a day. Very useful.

We suspect that all the cats from the neighbourhood joined in eating, but at least ours could as well. She took to the feeding station straight away and we went on holiday with peace of mind. The station is stable, easy to fill and just as easy to clean. The location should be shady and sheltered from rain, which is the case for us. Only the little ants felt encouraged to have a look around there too. The matching water container is also very good.
