If you use higher-quality food, not the really cheap dry food that's extremely dry, you run into the problem that the food pellets don't slide down when the bowl is empty at the bottom. So unfortunately, it's no use to us, which is a shame.

Poor quality, hard to keep clean, and the lid can't be snapped back on properly.

I’ve tried several times now, hoping the lid would settle over time. But it’s still very difficult to close. I would therefore like to request a replacement.
