Mediocre means average: this is downright rubbish!
The bowls have a rough bottom, which is hard to clean.
But the worst part is the angle of the stands, way too steep!
Even when I pick the least tilted one, the water spills out in front of the bowl, and my cat has to put her food on the floor just to be able to eat it!
