SnuggleSafe Heat Pad for Pets

I bought this for my rats. They like to snuggle up to it (if it's not too hot). I found reducing the heating times to almost half helps finding the right temperature. The cover was chewed through in 2 seconds though. Would prefer something with a soft outer layer and a tougher inner layer.

I have snuggle safe heat pads for both my rabbits and guinea pigs, they both love them. One of my rabbits doesn't even like me take it out of his hutch to reheat it, he will sit on it both warm and cold. I find the heat pads especially useful when bathing the guinea pigs. It prevents them from getting too cold. They are also much less stressed after a bath with extra the warmth. It has completely changed bath time experiences.

This heated pad is brilliant for my 20 year old arthritic cat. It has made a real difference to her comfort at night. She stays in the house all the time these days but it can get chilly overnight. The pad stays warm for over 8 hours so is great for colder nights.

I have two staffies who sleep in an unheated room so I bought them a heat pad each which keep their beds lovely and warm. I heat up the pads and place them under their cushioned pads and blankets, which they lie on top of. When I get them up in the mornings their beds are still extremely warm. You may have to be careful if you have destructive dogs though.

i have several of these, as not only for the cats, but every member of the family has one !!! they are great sitting watching tv, on computer chair and in bed too. in fact we have saved hundreds on the heating bills, as the heating is on very low, and we roast with these cosy pads instead BRILL !!

Bought one of these for my cat and was surprised by just how long it stayed warm. My cat loves it. Decided to buy one for a poor stray my father is taking care of in his garden and had a bit of a mix up with the order. I bought one of these and was surprised by just how long it keeps warm. It stays warm much longer than an ordinary hot water bottle but the material its made of is tough enough to withstand sharp nails or a bit of chewing. My cat lays on it all night and its often still warm in the morning. My father is taking care of a stray thats taking up residence in his garden and with this cold weather I decided to order a snugglesafe from Zooplus for him. There was a mix up with the order but Zooplus quickly and without any quibble sorted out the problem for me. I woul certainly recommend the snuggle safe heat pad its a great product and zooplus not only have a great range of products but excellent after sales service too

Got the snuggle safe heat pad for my boxer pup just before the cold snap hit... It's been perfect for her during the night to keep her cosy and warm... she loves it!

i was really impressed by this product, it is actually better that advertised! it stays warm for at least 12 hours, and my siamese love it even though they turn their noses up at hot water bottles. the cover that it comes with is really good at keeping it at a safe temp (without it, it would be a bit too hot when it first comes out the microwave). although it seems expensive compared to a hot water bottle,it is well worth the money as it is very though!

I know £20 seems a bit steep but it is really a great investment. I bough one last winter and have started using it again this year to keep the chill off my bunnies. Heated for about 5 mins it keeps them warm all night and if you replace it again in the morning it lasts most of the day

I work at an animal shelter. We use these for our cats that are still too afraid to come inside! We use the heat pad in a small dog house outside for these cats. We warm it in the microwave first thing in the morning and then again in the evening as it gets very cold here at night. I would recommend this to every humane society or animal shelter as it is so easy to use!

The outdoor cats have been using it for years, and the cover has torn a bit from all the washing, but it was easy enough to sew back together. They love lying on it, and in the late afternoon I warm it up for them; if they sleep on it all night, it’s still warm in the morning. In my opinion, it’s the most reliable bed warmer. I wouldn’t sleep easy with an electric bed warmer, to be honest. This one can be used even when they’re not being supervised.
