My cat was only recently switched to renal diet, so I tried every approved food to get him to eat. This drink was a complete NO. He wouldn't even take 1 lick, which surprised me, as he's at the phase of taking copious fluids.

My cat requires a strict renal diet and only likes 2 types of renal food, so she is bored with the same food over and over again. I add Kattovit Renal Drink to her food and she loves it. She could lick just this drink but she obviously needs more substantial food, so I mix both.

Excellent renal product
I'm happy I found this product for my 15-year-old cat with kidney failure. I tried the most well-known brands recommended by vets, but he refuses to eat any of those products. This drink is the only one he eats willingly (he likes the little bits inside less, though), and after a month his levels have stabilised. At first, he also ate the cream sachets, but soon started to ignore them. The drink is a lifesaver right now.

Something has changed
This drink used to be a hit with all my cats, it was foolproof. One of my cats would even binge on it and then throw up, so I had to give her just a tiny bit at a time. Now they don’t like it as much as before. Has the recipe changed?
