new tube, new formula?
i used this product regularly with no issues. but im not sure if it's my cat recently, or a different formula in the new artwork tube, but its not working anymore. hairballs daily. despite daily dosing.

Crushed boxes and tube too
The product is really good and they like it a lot, but it arrives in less than ideal condition. The boxes and tubes arrive dented, and for the price it costs, it should arrive in perfect condition like everything else.

The malt was much better when it was Gimpet
Now the malt is very thick and my cats like it much less than when it was Gimpet. I think that, apart from changing the formula, the poor quality of the packaging also has something to do with it. It would be great if ZooPlus could pass this feedback on to the manufacturer.
