Sorry to say, but this cat tree is an average quality. For price I paid, it’s OK. I wouldn’t pay more for it, than sales price. It’s a little bit unstable. Sisal rope isn’t wrapped around very firmly. The platforms could be a little bit larger and the box is too small, even for small breed adult cat. I hope that the tree will last for some time and then will buy something better for my kitty.

l bought this item based on the reviews that l had read but upon receiving it l was disappointed it was easy to put up but upon doing this we noticed that the mouse toy was broken. We did get good service and was given a small refund but still doesn't reflect that its now second hand the item is a good size bigger then what we thought but l found that bits of the material on the platform's keep shedding so l have to hoover it daily. Its worth the money and my kitten does use it but please make the elastic stronger if you are going to sell this as a kitten item.

Received this today was easy to put together but you have to start cutting at the material to get the bolts through.
