Kerbl Pet Cat Deckchair Sundowner

I was specifically looking for something for my balcony, which is only half covered. It also says it's suitable for indoors and outdoors. However, the rollers that the scratching bed is stretched over are made of cardboard. I can't imagine that will last long in the rain. The rest seems quite sturdy. But I do find the 'outdoor' label misleading. For me, outdoor also means weatherproof.
