Our tomcat loved the large kibbles. When nothing else worked, the dry food was a lifesaver. Now, with the small kibbles, he won’t touch it anymore. Even the small duck kibbles are ignored. There are also bigger cats/breeds that are supposed to and can chew their food, not just gulp it down. Now, at over 11 years old, we have to look for a new dry food. Many thanks!

I bought the 6.5kg + 2kg pack on sale. The big bag had the new recipe with large-sized kibbles. My cats hardly want to eat it. They struggle to bite into the big pieces, they don’t even like the taste, and on top of that, the broken bits just stay in the bowl and we have to throw them out because they won’t eat them. This is more like dog food in size and hardness… or maybe it’s only good for Maine Coons at best. They really loved the old version though. They’re still gobbling up the small-sized kibbles (like the ones in the 2kg pack). Such a shame. If it stays like this, we won’t be buying it again.

Up until now, the Wild Country Sterilised Poultry was always very fine, meaning small kibbles. My cat could eat them really well. I had searched for a long time... Now, since the new packaging came out, the kibbles in this dry food have also become much bigger – before, that only happened with the regular Wild Country Poultry. Far too big for my old lady. Looks like I’ll have to look for another food now. Really a pity...

Very good food. I’ve noticed that the dark bag has really small kibbles and the white bag had really big ones, and with my order from 27 May, one bag had big kibbles and the other had mini ones. I specifically bought this because of the big kibbles. Disappointing, because now my cats don’t chew and they often throw up.

Ordered the white bag on 16-5 and suddenly it also has small kibbles. I specifically bought this one because my cat chews well on the large kibbles. These small ones are just bite, swallow, gone. Same as the other sterilised kibbles from Wild Freedom, those are too small as well.

From previous reviews, I gather that the manufacturer changes the size of the kibbles as they please. We were happy with the bigger ones. Now I received tiny ones. The cat eats them reluctantly. Unfortunately, I’ll have to look for something else that’s acceptable, and every cat owner knows that’s no easy task 😔. The food isn’t cheap and this time the money was wasted. I won’t buy it again.

My cat eats it, but he nibbles and leaves some bits behind that he won’t touch later, so I end up having to throw them away. So, it’s just okay.

The kibble I received was really damaged. The contents were crushed, with lots of kibble turned to dust. Obviously, that part goes to waste because my cats won’t eat powder. I don’t know where in the chain the problem happens. The result is that I buy kibble and end up throwing away half the bag.
