Concerned this food is off. It feels wet, sticky and no dry food usually feels like this. Have contacted zooplus for refund or exchange. Opened a second bag, exactly the same. Previously got a different purizon dry food and cats loved it and no problem with that one

Been using Purizon for few years and have 2 British shorthair and 2 Maine Coon. But since summer, I noticed change and my boys won't eat it anymore. This is since they introduced package with no zip. Kibbles are lighter, less fat and very dry.Also smell is horrible. I have now few bags old and new which I'm mixing just to use, but unfortunately won't be buying this anymore. I'm very disappointed as my cats were crazy about this food.

It’s the first time trying this brand. My cat doesn’t like it at all, just sniff sniff and walked away. He doesn’t eat it even mixing with other cat food. The beef and chicken flavor is slightly better. I guess have to switch back to Orijen.

Our kitty used to love this food but when we bought a new bag she went into hunger strike. We wrote to customer service who kindly replaced the bag. Initially she ate a little bit from the second bag, then hunger strike again. After the cat lost too much weight and we were really concerned, we bought another food and she loves it. I wonder if the heat wave damaged the product.
