Hill’s Prescription Diet Feline Gastrointestinal Biome Digestive/Fibre Care - cat dry food

My younger cat have loose stools since he was kitten. After a bunch of fecal exams to check if he had parasites/worms/ giardia etc the vet came to a conclusion that he needed a specific food for digestive issues. This food was recommended since he was 4 months old and I honestly can say it was the only one who solved his problem. It became the Dry food not only for him, but for my older cat as well, that accepted it really well.

Very good cat food, it was recommended by the vet. My cats eat it eagerly and, thanks to it, they don’t have any stomach problems. Super.

My old cat (Evelien, 17 years old) has struggled with her digestion for years. A homeopathic vet advised me to try this. And it worked. It did take a bit of trial and error to find the right dosage. Last year, she had another setback. Now, with homeopathic support again, I give her these kibbles soaked in chicken broth and cooked chicken breast. She can hardly wait for it and keeps jumping onto the counter at 17 years young... I sprinkle Isogel over her dry kibbles.

The cat has stomach problems and we've tried various types of food, but this is something that actually works for her tummy! I also like that they sell 8kg bags, since those are rarely found in physical stores 😁

My cat was always one of those really picky ones. Wet food was out of the question, she’s a typical crunch-lover. We tried loads of different foods, from recommended brands to fast food types, just to get her to eat something. Our vet suggested this food because of suspected reflux and pancreas issues. The cat is thrilled. I haven’t seen her leave an empty bowl in ages, but now she does it without any trouble. She’s not vomiting, it’s clear she enjoys the food, and it wasn’t a lack of appetite before—she just ate whatever because she had to. But she genuinely loves this food.

My cat suddenly had serious intestinal problems because of Ultra Premium (he’d been on it for a year and a half), vomiting every day. So I switched to Hill’s Gastrointestinal (not this one), and he had blood in his stools right from the start. Then I changed to this one, and it’s perfect—he has no more problems at all and I’m finally at ease. The bag of kibble lasts me a really long time (bought in January, it’s now May and I still have plenty left).

My cat has been diagnosed with IBD, really severe diarrhoea since she was little, underweight. We tried everything. Food, medicine. I found this product myself and it changed everything. Both cats eat it very willingly, it doesn’t harm the healthy one, and it helps the sick one.

Our cats (3 of them) were adopted at 6 months old from an animal shelter where they had contracted coccidiosis. Despite the special diet food we got from the shelter and the tips they gave us, 2 of them kept having persistent diarrhoea. After that, our own vet put them completely on Biome and within 3 weeks, all of them had nice, firm stools. It is quite expensive though, so now they’re on a 50/50 mix of Biome and regular Hills 1-6 years, and that’s going well too.
