Hill's Prescription Diet Feline z/d Food Sensitivities

I had bought this food for my old cat lady and she very happily devoured it. Unfortunately she has such a strong food allergy that she even had symptoms with the Low Allergen ones that we had to switch to the Ultra Allergen Free food from Hills. However our experience with other cats tells us that it's a super food for cats with sensitive stomachs or allergies.

I have a cat with IBD (an autoimmune disease that causes inflammation in the intestines due to allergies to certain proteins). My vet prescribed this food, and with a STRICT diet (NO CANS, TREATS...) my cat has recovered and we’ve been able to stop the cortisone. It doesn’t say so on the packaging, but it actually contains a bit more than the minimum recommended amount of Taurine (1,970mg/kg). In terms of ingredients, Hill’s ZD has everything a cat needs to stay healthy.
