Feringa Adult Sterilised Salmon - cat dry food

I was a bit nervous about trying this food because my cat is usually quite picky. To my pleasant surprise, she ate it straight away as soon as I put the bowl down — she clearly liked it! The only downside is that the packaging doesn’t have a built-in zip closure, so I had to transfer the food to another container to keep it fresh. Other than that, everything was great.

My three ladies are thrilled with Feringa Dry Sterilised. It's a pity that the dried poultry meat is no longer included, but there's more fish now. I think the composition is fine. There are a bit too many peas and potato flakes, but it's definitely okay as an occasional treat.

Very nice cat food with a good composition. Two out of three cats loved it. Their fur is definitely shinier. A small amount gives them energy for the whole day. Worth its price. The small kibbles make it easier for our older cat to eat. I recommend it.

My impression of the product: It smells really nice, like fresh, good food. The little food chunks aren’t that big. My cat sniffed it, ate 2 or 3 pieces, and that was it. Maybe it’s just not her taste. But sure, people don’t eat everything either.

Unfortunately, my tomcat wasn't particularly impressed with this food, even though he was hungry at the time. He sniffed at it first and only ate a small amount. The kibbles are a nice size and have a firm, crunchy texture that's well suited for adult cats. The smell is subtle and comes across as natural. I especially like the grain-free recipe and the high-quality ingredients. I portion out the food myself depending on my cat's needs and activity, which I find very handy. Sadly, the taste just didn't win my cat over, so I probably wouldn't buy this food again, even though the overall quality leaves a good impression.

My cat loves this dry food. She doesn't like many brands and types of dry food, but she really likes this one. One downside for me is the packaging. I prefer packaging with a zip lock. Otherwise, it's a really great food.

I've been buying these kibbles for years, my cats still enjoy them but they have a harder time breaking them with their teeth. Maybe something has changed in the ingredients.
